Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order on Modernfurnhub.com (the “Site”), you (“Customer”, “you”, “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Purchase (the “Terms”) and all other policies posted on the Site (including our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy). These Terms govern all purchases of products (“Merchandise”, “Products”) from our e-commerce platform, and Modernfurnhub.com (“we”, “us”, “our”) reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion (e.g., invalid payment, product stock error, fraudulent order activity). Your completion of the checkout process constitutes your explicit acceptance of these Terms.
Product Pricing & Payment

Pricing: All product prices on the Site are displayed in United States Dollars (USD), and are the final price for the product (excluding applicable taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the customer). We reserve the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice, but price changes will not affect orders already confirmed and paid for.

Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and trusted digital payment methods (displayed on the Site’s checkout page). All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors, and we do not store your full payment card information.

Payment Authorization: By submitting an order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount (product prices + any applicable taxes). Payment must be successfully authorized and cleared before your order is processed and fulfilled.

Payment Errors: If your payment is declined or an error occurs during processing, your order will be placed on hold until we receive a valid payment. We will notify you via email of any payment errors, and you may re-submit payment for your order within 3 business days (after which the order may be canceled).
Order Placement & Confirmation

Order Submission: The Site’s checkout process allows you to review and edit your order (product selection, quantity, shipping address) before submission. By clicking “Place Order”, you submit a binding offer to purchase the selected products at the listed price.

Order Confirmation: An order confirmation email is sent to your registered email address immediately after order submission — this email is a confirmation of order receipt, not a confirmation of fulfillment. We will send a shipping confirmation email (with tracking number) once your order is processed, fulfilled, and shipped (within 1-3 business days).

Order Accuracy: It is your sole responsibility to ensure the accuracy of your order (product selection, quantity, shipping address) at the time of submission. We do not accept requests for order changes or edits after submission (excluding address corrections, which are only possible before processing).
Order Modifications & Cancellations

Order Cancellations: You may request to cancel your order only if it has not yet been processed or fulfilled (within 24 hours of order submission). To request a cancellation, contact our customer service team at support@Modernfurnhub.com with your order number and full name. We reserve the right to approve or deny cancellation requests at our sole discretion, and canceled orders will receive a full refund processed within 5-10 business days.

No Modifications: We do not accept requests to modify orders (e.g., add/remove products, change quantities, update shipping address) after submission — all order details are final once the checkout process is complete. If you need to change your order, you may request a cancellation (if eligible) and submit a new order.

Canceled by Us: We may cancel an order at our sole discretion for reasons including (but not limited to): product stock unavailability, pricing errors, fraudulent order activity, invalid payment, or incomplete shipping information. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method, with no additional costs or liabilities to you.
Title & Risk of Loss

Title: Title to the Products passes to you only upon full payment of the order amount and delivery of the Products to the shipping carrier. Modernfurnhub.com retains title to the Products until all payment obligations are met.

Risk of Loss: Risk of loss, damage, or theft of the Products passes to you upon delivery of the Products to the shipping carrier (when your order is marked as shipped). We are not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of the Products during shipping, but we will assist with investigating lost or damaged packages in accordance with our Shipping Policy. For large/heavy furniture items, risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to your designated shipping address (signed for by you or a designated recipient).
Product Availability & Backorders

Stock Availability: All product stock levels displayed on the Site are real-time estimates, and we strive to ensure accurate inventory information. In the event a product is listed as in stock but is unavailable at the time of order fulfillment (a “stock out”), we will notify you via email immediately and offer two options: (1) a full refund for the out-of-stock product, or (2) a backorder (if the product will be restocked soon) with no additional costs and the same free shipping guarantee.

Backorders: If you choose to backorder a product, we will notify you via email when the product is restocked and shipped (within our standard 1-3 business day processing time). Backordered products are subject to the same shipping and return policies as in-stock products, and your original order price is locked in (no price changes).

No Backorder Obligation: We do not guarantee backorder fulfillment, and may cancel a backorder at our sole discretion (e.g., product discontinuation). If a backorder is canceled, you will receive a full refund with no additional costs.
Product Descriptions & Accuracy
We make every reasonable effort to ensure accurate product descriptions, images, dimensions, and material information on the Site. All product images are for illustrative purposes only, and minor variations in color, texture, or finish may occur (due to manufacturing processes or screen display settings). These minor variations do not constitute a defective product, and are not eligible for return or refund under our Refund Policy. If a product is significantly different from its Site description, contact our customer service team for a resolution in accordance with our Defective or Damaged Merchandise policy.
