The return application must be submitted within 60 days counting from the date when you sign for and receive the goods. Please finish the return process and send back the items within the valid period. Applications submitted beyond the 60-day time limit will not be accepted normally. The returned products need to keep intact original packaging, unused status and complete accessories. Damaged, worn or improperly used goods that affect secondary sales will not pass the return inspection. Please ensure the items are properly packed again before sending them back to avoid damage during return transportation.

After we receive your returned package and complete inspection to confirm it complies with return rules, we will start the refund procedure immediately. The full payment will be returned to your original payment account within 5 to 10 business days. The specific arrival time of funds is subject to the processing rules of your payment institution.
